It shouldn't be. It should be 640 x 486. Review The Schubin Report
shows (which I produced) where Mark Schubin goes into excruciating
detail on pixels and images.

Yes, both those measure are in square pixels. Should be 720 x 534 to
start if you want to go to 720 x 480. That's on the "old" measures
that both Adobe and Apple have depricated.
