Re: [Avid-L2] portable editing

It depends on the CODEC, but with a CalDigit VR (or something larger
running on the Cardbus 34 slot), you should be OK with DNXHD36 or
similar "friendly" HD CODECs.

Theoretically, you can attach a MOJO DX, FW800 drive, run full screen in
the second monitor and go rock the world, but I have not gone there yet.

I run a 2.33 MBP which is the slowest Mac laptop they now qualify.
