We wanted to add external esata 4TB drive to move HD media around. We tried
using the external SAS connector with a convertor cable but no joy. The
drive appears as other in Device manager but nothing makes it appear as a
drive. It doues appear in the bios start up as a 2TB drive. SO I'm guessing
some problem with being so big.
So Can we put a esata card in slot 1 which is unused?
