With Mix and Match the edits will change ever so slightly as the engine changes the speed of the clips. So M&M will require some tweaking of the sequence for broadcast.
But if the cadence Media Composer selects for a clip is incorrect it can be changed in the bin or the clip promoted in the sequence and the desired cadence selected.
This combined with RT Decode Scaling, Polyphase Render setting along with rendering the clips will produce a high quality result.
