Thanks, Marianna. I have a case number ( 04886798) with Avid Customer Care that I started 2 days ago, when I mistakenly renewed my Perpetual license. If you wouldn't mind, would it be possible for you to facilitate the refund of the Perpetual renewal, so that I can purchase an Annual MC Ultimate subscription? As I understand it, the Ultimate subscription comes with Transcript Tool, Phrase Find, and Script Sync, and is actually cheaper than the renewal of my Perpetual license. I currently have Mac OS 14.4 with MC 2024.10.
