[Avid-L2] New Blue Crashing Avid Error Log?

I've been battling with New Blue given I'm still not finding Titler+ intuitive enough to use.  Yesterday I tried to bring a credit roll from classic title tool and promote it to New Blue and Titler+.  New Blue showed nothing and Titler+ would cause a beach ball at any click on the interface.  After struggling and shrinking the viewer to 25% I finally saw some text from the credit roll but in a second the screen went to an error message about blip thread or some such thing.  It is impossible to troubleshoot this as any click with my wacom pen start a long beach ball.

On the New Blue front Caleb from New Blue gave me uninstall instructions and manual clean out steps to remove new blue .plist files.  I did that and New Blue didn't crash for about 10 title cards then it started crashing again.  Usually the first time I open New Blue it work to open an existing title.  Then subsequent attempts to open New Blue crash when I click to open the New Blue interface from the Avid Effects Editor window.

Today I hadn't used New Blue at all and it crashed on the initial opening.  It seems if I've been working in Avid for a while an initial crash with New Blue happens.  Restarting Avid and New Blue opens the first time.  Then it's iffy beyond that.

I noticed that with the error message I can send it to Avid, which I usually do, but today I saw I can save the log.  I choose to save the log, which I've sent to Marianna and Caleb.  It opens in terminal and there is some english regarding MC type and the note I typed in the field of the error message.  Then is all kinds of gibberish to me.

I'm wondering if this error log I saved is just a log of my current error or is it a history of all errors logged?  It seems like a lot of characters for just one error but I don't deal with things like this.  I learned at Berkeley about Break Point Traps but that was a lifetime ago.

Does anyone know if there is some log in the Mac system report I can manually clear out so the next time I get a new blue crash I can save the error as a log that would only contain data pertinent to the current crash?  Or is this big log I just made only for the current crash?

And yes I am giggling that I just typed, "this big log I just made..."  Nothing like potty humor in the midst of font related issues.  ;-)
