I'm desperate. Starting a job today and my system has decided that it will only crash. On open. On any efforts to transcode or link to Canon C300 footage. On any damned thing I do. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Same behavior. This is new. I've never had this sort of problem before.
At first I thought perhaps it had something to do with this new Canon material, and I tried opening other projects, but I'm getting the same pandemic of crashes. Perhaps something in the State or Settings files that needs to be trashed? I'm open to anything. Very upset.
Is anyone aware of anything that might be contributing to this? I'm on a 5K iMac, again, 10.10.5. MC 8.8.2.
