What will happen to the Vidchecker products?
Telestream will continue to sell Vidchecker family as standalone products. Vidchecker is already well-integrated with Telestream's Vantage Media Processing Platform. The depth and quality of this integration will only improve through closer engineering collaboration.
What this means for service & support
In the near term, you will experience no change and will continue to reach out to your existing support contacts. Over the next few months, Telestream will carefully examine how and where value can be added for Vidcheck customers by leveraging the Telestream service and support organization without disrupting successful support systems.
In short, Telestream will continue to provide Vidcheck customers and partners with great products and world-class support.
