As Dom said, you can use any newer Nvidia card made for a PC in a Mac without boot screen (fixable with a mod), however, I might add you need to be careful not to exceed the limits of the Mac Pro power supply. Depending on which model MacPro tower and which PCI cards and other peripherals you might have, this could be an issue with some of the highest end cards.
