A friend is trying to update his Xpress Studio 5.1 enabled dongle to MC 8.3 and purchased and downloaded the .avd file from his account.
However, both the Application Mgr as well as Dongle Mgr do not 'see' the dongle but OK the updater file as valid. He got a screen grab of the online activation where the dongle and dongle serial no. are both displayed and they are a match for the .avd file. So what's he doing wrong?
Any and all help appreciated.
