We bought assurance for some of our dongles just before Thanksgiving. A couple of weeks later I went to the task of actually doing the updates. The .avd file that I downloaded didn't work for any of the dongles. I called support. They had no record that we had purchased assurance for any of the dongles. I had to send them a copy of the transaction and then they made me a special .avd file for our dongles. Good times.
