Wes there is a feature request avid community forum. Nice that Adobe has a public form or is it forum for bugs and FR. Could you pass one on to the Adobe team that made us wait 4 HOURS on hold to reactivate our CS3 suite license after a hard drive melt down and nobody had the old activation code? And I'm not kidding about the 4 hours. First day 3 hours and our cell phone died. Next day 4 hours on a land line. This was about 3 years ago so maybe things have changed in that regard.

Adobe offers a wonderful public form that gets bugs and FRs to the individual product teams.
Does Avid have a similar bug and feature request form?
