Except that ironically, the ProApps designers, engineers and managers are in the same age demographic as most of the rest of us. Though admittedly they are looking at who the users will be 5 years down the road. That's why it was OK to release what amounted to a "public beta" as a 1.0 to the general public. By now, they've had 3 years to polish it up quite a bit and have good third-parties fill in a LOT of the gaps.
