Just a quick commentary on the process.
While purchasing the upgrade was easy, I found it was still linked to
6.5.2. The 6.5.3 release is almost 2 weeks old and is not linked to the
upgrade page. In fact, I found it quite difficult to even Find the
6.5.3 page. Eventually I did and downloaded it but Avid, I think it's
time to make your page a little easier to navigate as you're moving to
digital distribution. I shouldn't spend 15 minutes trying to find the
download like to 6.5.3 After I purchase and download 6.5.2.
And while I'm at it, your download manager. I can either download or
pause. There is no cue. So if I need to download 6 items (like I did
last night) and I can't ran them all at the same time I have to
physically wait and unpause the other items in the download manager
screen. In 2013, this is not something one should have to do when there
is a download manager on your own site.
