I did that already but I was reading the c300 thread and just realized that the client may have --- and a couple of other "illegal" characters in their names. I'm going to see if they take a proRes file out of the folder onto the desktop to see if it'll link. If so then I've resolved the issue.

You need to install the AMA plugins. They're a separate installer. You can
download them from the Avid website.
