Dont' 'batch import'
Just load the AMA files again the same way you did in the original.
Then
1. hilight all clips in AMA bin
2. choose sequence you want to relink
3. choose 'relink'
3a. make sure the line regarding AMA is selected
3b. I also make sure to choose the option to relink to selected files in other bins
In theory - your sequence will now be the original footage instead of the DNxHD footage.
