A fast import should be possible.
However, more elegant, you can use FFmpeg to extract the raw DNX and Wave
files, then use WriteAvidMXF to create Avid compatible MXF.
(Both are free available from SourceForge)
Then you just MediaTool in your clips.

I've tested this with a sample clip i got from a Pix recorder, and it works
just fine.
