And in the 4th paragraph on Adobe he seems to imply that Avid does not run on a Mac.
Unless Avid gives a good institution price (what is it per seat for schools... the same as when a student buys it?), they might lose out to Adobe. And, they need to relate that as long as kids are learning an editing program, they should be learning one that could translate into a trade. And right now, Avid MC is the professionally chosen tool when compared to Premiere.
