[Avid-L2] Re: [FCP-L] OT: XServer XRaid parts supply recommendations?

 

But I don't know how much I can buy a RAID controller from a store for
yet. What if it's only $200? Then why should I buy a whole chassis
for $1000? I know I can buy the stuff from eBay. I've looked into
it. It's a viable option. You don't need to convince me of that.
It's an option, but I want to know what the cost of the other option
is too. I want to know what the part would cost from a store. Can
you help with that?
