[Avid-L2] Mojo DX Stuck

 

We are having some issues with our Mojo DX's getting stuck in HD when when we bring up an SD project.

Anyone else had this problem? Anyone have a solution?

To elaborate, the system is on Mac OSX using Avid 5.0.3. Operates fine in HD. But when we initiate a 30i SD project, we get no video and the system doesn't even seem to recognize the existence of the Mojo box (our only choice is Host-1394).

We have tried power down everything and pulling AC to the box. Nothing seems to want to reset it.
