Because all the stuff on eBay is used and I can only guess that the
reason that they are selling it is because it's working in perfect
order. If it shows up dead I would like to have some sort of recourse
with a store. Not so easy with the AS IS policy of eBay. Now if a
store wants to charge $1000 for the same part, then it may be in our
interest to buy off of eBay and if the first one is dead then just buy
another. But if it's only going to be a $50 premium to buy from a
store then I think that we may want to do that.
So that is why I'm asking. Do you have a recommendation of a store?
