compressor, maybe squeeze. It's just a version of mpeg2 - all those
settings are available for adjustment in Episode pro - not 100%
certain about the other two, but I'd guess compressor can do it, too-
except it will probably be in an .mov wrapper, which will probably
annoy the end user. they probably want .mpg
Sorry to be so little help, but that may be a place to start.
