[Avid-L2] MPEG 422P@HL 100Mbps 1080i ?

Hello all,

I have a client that is asking if there Is there some way to export or software transcode to create an MPEG2 output as:

MPEG 422P@HL 100Mbps 1080i, GOP Length =12 or 15??

Not familar with this codec.
