Upon checking, you have a Media Composer Ultimate 1-Year Paid Upfront subscription (which isn't included in our price increase 😊).
We encountered the same complaint before from others hence we asked the web store to help remove the renewal box inside MyAvid accounts for subscriptions purchased through the Avid Online Store to prevent customer' confusion. Customers who bought their subscription from our store will only see auto-renewal and manual renewal via the Renew Now button inside their account while customers with subscriptions bought from resellers will only see the renewal box where they need to enter a renewal code from a reseller. I do agree that the article need updating as they are not up to spec with images and such and have asked the CS team to do that.
