[Avid-L2] Decklink Mini Questions

Not sure if he was trying to save money or what, but one of my
staff bought the HD (not 4k) Decklink Mini Recorder and Decklink
Mini Monitor, PCI card versions, to put in an old MacPro
cheesegrater to use with MC 2019.12, OSX 10.13, High Sierra.

Either card by itself works normally with 2019.12. But if both
cards are in, only the Mini Recorder shows up as useable hardware
in 2019.12, no way to output to an HDSDI monitor. (Both cards
show up and function normally in BMD's Desktop Video software,
(v.11.4)

Have tried the usually uninstall & re-install, as well as
extensive googling to no avail.

Has anyone seen this? Found a remedy?

Any info appreciated.
