1.76 is squarer (taller) than 1.78 (16x9). Feels like rounding error. Relative to your composition, the screen is 1920x1091 (rather than 1080), taller than your comp.
If you want to fill the screen more precisely, you could create a 1920x1091 composition and blowup to fill vertically. You will crop some right and left, roughly 40 pixels.
All of this presumes the projection itself is 16x9. Often projections are not the same aspect as the canvas. This can change how you should deliver as you may need to mask in video.
I'm happy to sidebar and talk it through.

It was masked on top and bottom as per instructions so was more of a cinema look. Museum back to opening up and testing the video and now they are saying they dont want the masks. The content is extreme close ups of eyes on people and the mask covers the noses and foreheads. The screen they want to project on is 95'by54'. So, I am racking my brain to see what this aspect ration would be and can't remember the math. I need to start with that screen and then see how I fit my content inside. What should my comp settings be in AE??ThanksLouLou Wirth Productions
