You can also use AE to figure out the aspect ratio. Just make a comp that's 95x54 pixels and it will tell you the aspect ratio in the Comp settings. Then you can lock the aspect ratio together and set it to whatever size you need and it will scale it properly. Drop in your deliverable and see what all is getting cut off.
