Re: [Avid-L2] GoPro issues?

This is still around:

No transcoding, just re-wrapping.

Hi All,

I am starting up on a project having installed MC 2018.12.3 and running Mac 10.13.6

I received some 90 fps GoPro footage.

It has been awhile.

My recollection of the process was that I ran the footage through GoPro Studio, changing the FPS to 29.97 fps and then linked to the new converted clip (which I then transcoded.)

Currently I can't link to the converted clip (nor can I link to the converted clips from a previous project.)

I can open the clips in AE so there is a workaround but I'd like to get a sense of the problem.

Is linking to GoPro clips now an issue in MC, in general? Or am I missing a step in there...

Thanks for any tips,

D
