[Avid-L2] Watch for Lut Level Shifts between MC 2018.12.1 and both MC 2018.12.2 and MC 2018.12.3?

I went back to a project I started a month or so ago and the system was on MC 2018.12.1 a month ago.  Now the system is MC 2018.12.2 and I'm seeing a level shift with setup raising.  This looks just like the LUT Scaling issue that happened from MC 8_4_X to MC 8_5_X.  That issue wasn't resolved till MC 8_6_4 in my experience.  It might have been resolved in MC 8_6_2 but I didn't move till 8_6_4.  The LUT scaling then between the 8_4_X and 8_6_4 matched and I was told that was correct.  8_5_X was the problem.  When  I did tests it was something like the LUT didn't get scaled or the scaling didn't occur in the correct order.  Either way it was a pain.

Today's level shifts look very similar but I don't know if that means 2018.12.1 was broken or 2018.12.2 and 2018.12.3 are broken.  I have to go back to 2018.12.1 to proceed with the existing project.

AVID Whoops you did it again???  Please tell me what's happening and which versions are doing correct LUT scaling or if it is some other issue let me know.  It sure looks like what happened before.

My system is a MacPro mid 2010 upgraded to 12 Core 3.33GHz 24 GB ram radeon 5770 GPU Mac OS 10.12.6.  I'm running a DNxIO and I tried the latest 11.0 video desktop with no success matching 2018.12.1 LUT scaling levels.  I went back to video desktop 10_11_3 but that didn't fix it.  Only going back to MC 2018.12.1 gets the levels to match what I colored a month ago.  This is a bad bug

I'm using DNxHRHQX media transcoded from Panasonic Varicam 35 4096_2160 AVC-Intra with a  source LUT VLog_to_V709_forV35_ver100 (3D).  I don't know if this issue is specific to just this LUT/media but it's a big pain.
