Resolve does indeed only C mode sort in Color page.

Reels can be set to file names & some other stuff but the most useful might be to do it by media pool folder. That might work off the bat if the camera folder structure works for you, or you can create folders (Grade/Reel1 etc) and drag the clips there.

Remote grades (all clips from same reel are graded together) work well for simple relational grading but gets tricky if you get a lot of lighting changes or have masks that move (I create new 'versions' for this).

Group grades are pretty cool as you can grade the group both pre & post the 'clip' grade.

Also worth investigating the master timeline (has to be enabled before project has media)
