Anyone have a problem with Adobe Media Encoder where it repeats a frame in what are supposed to be 1-to-1 conversions? WHOA! WTF? I've seen it a few times in the last few weeks. Pretty difficult to use that low-rez proxy reliably if the encoding tool is not accurate. Media Encoder is pretty embedded in our workflow at this point...
just curious if others are seeing this??
