AvidFS is Avid's file system for their storage products - i.e. Isis and Unity.
When Avid MC detects the file system it automatically switches the project and media creation in sharing mode. Each edit bay creates their own project settings. Bin locking becomes active. And media folders have ownership based on computer host name.
Careful with NAS. They tend to have high latency when compared to dedicated video storage servers.

With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
this is the Avid-L2
