So, I need to roll a system back to an instal or MC v8.7. My license are current and good for the latest version of 8.8. So do all the necessary uninstall and deactivate blah blah blah. Instal v8.7.2 and got to Activate the License. I end up trying ALL of my system IDs and the response across the board is that this is not a valid Activation ID for the System ID. Very frustrating. And I'm getting all of the System ID and Activation ID info from the Avid.com website under our account, so I know it's all correct. Fortunately for me, I have a document that has previous Activation IDs that were associated with our different System IDs. I plug in what should be an old and outdated Activation ID and it works. Lucky me. But I can't find on the account page at Avid.com any of the info I would have needed to make this work. Something seems very wrong about all of this.
