Catching up on L2 I think you might be missing a golden opportunity if Avid works on VR. In my mind 360 is roughly 4 times the picture of regular HD or 4K. Not talking specifics just ball park volume of image stuff. So if Avid makes the symphony color corrector work in 360 TV won't that make the color corrector 4 times more powerful? ;-) Wouldn't we see 4 times worth of feature improvements on the color corrector for VR 360 TV? That would mean working in regular HD or 4K would be 4 times better color correction. After all Avid is now a user Centric company bowing to the users' needs. I read that on the internet so it must be true.
See what happens when my head starts spinning in 360 degrees.
