Used several on 2 big summer remotes. Avid & BM were responsive at fixing bugs (crashing when JKLing & lack of punch-in monitoring) in a timely fashion that would probably not have happened if using non avid-badged hardware.
Hopefully that all filters down to the cheaper seats but it's worth enterprise level paying the extra for that responsiveness IMO.
