Folks.... I will be out of the office starting tonight 6/24/16 at Midnight and will be gone until 7/5/16.
During this time, I will not be able to access Avid work related emails, phone calls, cell calls, community.avid.com posts or social media posts.
I trust the cast of characters here on the L2 who are part of other sites like the Avid Editors of Facebook, Ask the Editor on Facebook, community.avid.com will alert folks who call me out directly and let them know I am unable to respond.
If you need to reach Avid for anything ciritcal, please utilize the support portal or call in to the help line. Again, If you need assistance - please contact Avid Customer Care via the support portal, or call in with an ASC or your support /upgrade plan contract (System ID).
