The Massey one in AAX is for Mac only, indeed. That said, you'll love the Nugen ISL2. As Bouke mentioned, traditional all-flattening brickwall limiting is not of this day and age. However, new loudness norms generally ask you do True Peak limiting, and the ISL2 does that too. And it simply sounds great. I would stay away from Waves. That is also way older technology than the ISL2.
