In case anyone is wondering: The Mac ADB keyboard was an ALPS type keyboard. The key caps are not compatible with the Cherry MX keyboard I linked to earlier.
They do work great with the Matias Tactile Pro keyboard, which is what I am ending up using. I like it a lot. Thanks to John for letting my "upcycle" the keys.
