I was surprised to find out that according to my tech contact at Cyclone where I'm purchasing an expansion chassis the following:

I'm not sure which way to go with the typo, is he talking about the GTX-680 or did he mean a 960 or is it 980? At any rate it seems like the titanX is less of a power hog and heat generator than earlier beefy cards. Something I'm taking into consideration as I research quieter fans for my soon to be expansion chassis. If only Mac would go back to having more expansion slots. Oh well I can dream can't I?
