90% of stereo films are post conversion.
Yuv soft and nuke or fusion are the main tools with roto in India. There's no automated solution it's laborious labour intensive work creating depth maps and in painting to allow disparity maps to remap for each eye.
I've supervised a lot of stereo conversion it's not for the faint of heart. Allow $$$ for Roto and don't over promise.
