If you're asking for a simple fix the terranex from bmd does a poor mans conversion. There's software solutions too but you can do it after effects or Nuke with basic corner pin tools.
What these boxes do is to allow corner pin style distortion at the top of frame to create the illusion of parallax. In the average shot things near the ground come closer to camera so if you converge at the screen plane you can fake a bit of a 3D effect. It's minimal and partially in the mind of the guy paying but it looks different... And sometimes that's enough!
