The choice is video levels or data unless that's changed in later versions. Most of my dabbling in Resolve is Ver. 9. I was under the impression in the delivery page I usually have it set to auto and that follows what the project is set up to Video or Data.
Does Resolve really clip the levels or does it scale it into video space. I'd be surprised if it clipped and not scaled.
