Weird thing often seen on brand new PCs, MC starting on the right monitor and spanning over a third, not installed monitor further right. Swapping cables doesn't work, You have to physically move the left monitor to the right and set the control panel accordingly. Never understood the reason why, probably the nVidia card has embedded information on a main monitor port that has to be set up like MC likes or things will work in the weird fashion You describe, it might have to do with enabling double buffering at MC startup, the app starts just fine, and it moves to the right monitor after enabling double buffering IIRC.
