Doesn't the plugin come with fusion studio? If that's the case, wouldn't they just be giving you a fusion studio license with the purchase of the dnxio?

Well, I answered my own question today. Price will be $3,895 and will include the Fusion-Media Composer plugin that will work with the paid version of the product, Fusion Studio.
I was also told that around the same time (Q3) a $200 Fusion-Media Composer plugin will be separately offered (without the requirement of a hardware purchase), but was unable to confirm if this version worked with Fusion Studio -- or with the fee version of Fusion.In both cases, it's a smart move on BMD's part.
