None that I know of, but there are many at finder/explorer level. Avid used to have dupe detection at startup built in back in the '90s, it has been removed sometime in the OMF MediaFiles era, when the media directories indexing mode has changed, it would make a nice and very welcome come back in the days of terabytes storage and file based workflows, perhaps not at startup, which could take forever, but as a command to be run by the user, like the "refresh media directories" file menu feature.
