Support for Mac OS X 10.10 and 10.10.1 (Yosemite) was added Dec 16, 2014 for more recent interfaces. Supported devices are listed the announcement here
Note that some older interfaces (Mbox 2 Family, Fast Track USB, etc.) will not be tested/qualified with Yosemite.

The last driver update was in October. It specifically states that Yosemite is not supported yet. However, there's no reason to believe it won't, just that it may take a while longer. There's something different about the Mbox2 design that seems to give Avid problems with the Mac updates. Other USB audio interfaces seem to work with Core Audio without any special drivers, even though they appear to offer the same functionality as the Mbox2.
