ON HOLD in your Master Account means.......
That your subscription ( yearly plan or month to month plan) is "on hold" in order for Avid to validate the registration and ownership of your System ID. Once ownership has been confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail and the System ID will appear in your My Account. You system ID will be confirmed within 1 business day. If your System ID does NOT appear in your account within this timeframe, please contact Customer Care.
Example = 1 business day is one work day and doesn't include the weekends or holidays. So if you ordered on Friday - is should have been off hold today as Avid was closed last Thursday and Friday.
Important - the deadline is tomorrow for the purchase of the support/upgrade plan so as long as you buy, we can work out the issues with any System ID and Dongle serial # later. Don't panic.... and don't pounce on me :) unless you can NOT buy.
