[Avid-L2] Pan and Zoom Still Effect Tearing at top few lines of Raster'

Working an online on my home system Mac Pro 2012 12 core SNDX 6.5.4.  The sequence was cut in 5.5.x then uprezzed on 6.0.x.  The sequence updated when I first opened it.  I noticed after relinking and rendering the pan and zoom some of the still moves display a tearing at the top few lines of the raster on my Sony PVM OLED monitor.  I tried switching from my black magic SDI card to my Nitris DX but they both display the same issue so it doesn't seem to be an output card/bob issue.  It's like on some of the moves with slow vertical tilt down or up the video at the very top starts to display the video from a few lines down.  It's apparent with diagonal lines and things with obvious contrast transitions like a brown door frame on a white wall, as the still tilts town and the brown door frame gets close to the top of the screen when the brown frame is a few like 3 or so lines from the top I start to see the brown frame at the very top line with a white wall line below it then a line or two down the real door frame brown is there.  Probably sounds more complex than it is.  It almost feels like 3/4 inch head switching with dihedral error but at the top few lines of the frame.  My only solution is to blow up the effect to get rid of the tearing.  Anybody else see this before?
