This is one of two ways:
1 - Go to the Timeline Window Fast Menu (bottom left corner of Timeline Window)2 - Select Audio Data
3 - Choose Either Auto Gain or Volume (they changed the name)
4 - Now you will be able to add keyframes from the keyboard
