I've been made aware that there are new methods for determining the proper lens for eye glasses. I'm told they can now determine the proper lens specifications without the usual trial and error method of zoning in on the correct lens prescription. I'm due for a new exam and probably lenses so I'm curious if anyone on the list has any experience or advice. I've learned to stay away from the anti glare coatings because I tend to scratch them up. I wear progressive lenses and have also learned that it's worth the money for a good lens, mine are from Zeiss, and they afford a larger tunnel of focus for the progressive lens.
